I've been using various versions of Outlook and had no problems with the
list.
Some of the other lists I have been on always show the lists address in the
from field which I don't approve of. I like to see who has sent the email.
Some don't even show you the subject.
If I want to reply to the author, I hit reply. If I want to reply to the
list I hit reply all. No problem. If there's someone I want to remove from
the reply, I just delete it from the to box.
I've had no problem setting up filters to move the emails into the another
folder.
I don't see what the problem is.

Indeed, this is such a pain. I have no idea why the "From:" header just
isn't
set to the list address, considering this is where the messages come from in
the
first place. For those with only primitive filtering cababilities, this
would
be a godsend.
By the way, I'm using dtmail on Solaris and I have to manually type the list
address if I want to reply to it. So, there's two mailers that this list is
incompatible with. Considering CDE is shared among several vendors, I'm
certain
there are more out there...
