Separate bugs list?

A rather large portion of this list is generated from the bugs form (new bugs, updates, etc.). I'm generally not all that interested in the daily status of bugs being opened, closed, or updated, but I am interested in following the development of PHP's internals. It would be nice if all of the bug-related trafffic could be re-routed to a php-bugs mailing list (this seems like a good time to create one being the lists are still being reorganized). If this has been discussed before, I apologize. And, please, I don't want any lame responses where someone tells me to just filter the bugs messages using procmail or whatever. I'm not an idiot.
