This is about order of magnitude slower than answering by mail. And when
you try to work with at least 10 of reports - these minutes add up.

Everything is "possible". Just some things really not worth doing it. If
somebody is too bothered by bug reports, he can tune up his procmail to
filter them. Or just subscribe to php-general instead.
