A tip for the future - if people are started up, telling them to relax
would rarely do the trick, and would usually result in quite the opposite.
I wasn't, though.
As Andi said, this whole +n -m thing simply looks dumb, especially since
we're not holding any sort of a vote (even though I'm also in favour of
just saying, well, whether you're in favour or against something; "even
though I'm also +1 of just saying, well, whether you're +1 or -1 for
something"? Nah.).

I'm not accusing anyone. Most people don't do this because they have
better things to do. It's unfortunate that nobody's left to do these
administration tasks, but we can live with it.
