Hi!
I have an idea... So, there is a problem: include is not listening for
flock, it is not good. I think, it would be nice to add this functionality
to include() and file() functions, maybe, as the mode key. For now, it is
not normal, when I want to include the file & somebody is writing to
it. So, I'm obliged to fopen this file, flock it, then unlock and fclose.
4 functions instead of 1.
