There might be a simpler solution:
If an object is unserialized [imported] from a seesion, then require a set_class(object, class_name) [casting] where the object is the imported object and class_name is a declared class. It should be the programmers responsibility to declare the class ahead of time. As far as I'm aware even Java requires this behavior for an unserialized object, not that Java should be cons
The set_class( ) function could associate the declared methods/functions with the object.
This is based on the assumption that if an object is serialized the variables are stored in the session and not the methods.
