Well from what I can see, the php team has always been very receptive
of patches, contributions etc, and are quick enough giving credit
where credit is due.
If the contribution was useful and productive, we would have seen
something like 'committed in CVS - thanks to Jon Ribbens'. The only
time I don't see that after a contribution is if it was useless, or
not up to snuff.
