1) well how did you check it (that it has been sent compressed)?
Telnet HTTP query... either you did not use the latest CVS, you've modified it or your system is a kind of magican, as long as you are 100% sure that it works (despite what I'm experiencing and Jade says) with a current 'normal' CVS --with-zlib getting compressed stuff in your telnet console, I'll try to figure out what went wrong... andré
