The biggest problem with ISAPI is that it's hard to debug and most people who are testing it don't actually have a Visual C++/PHP debugging environment installed.
I remember Shane posted a way we can take access violations and find out where the crash actually occurred but I never had time to actually try it.
We need to try and work on this issue.
The more help we can get with this the better. Does anyone know if Borland's free C++ compiler also comes with a command line debugger similar to gdb?

Phil, As I've been saying quite a lot, the ISAPI module is not completely stable yet, as is the entire thread-safe version of PHP. One thing I know for sure is that the INI subsystem isn't thread safe. There are probably other issues lurking in the dark. Am I the only one it's happening to? Is it something wrong with my setup (on which CGI mode works great)? Or - is there a real problem?
