I'm just getting into using php4 (cgi) in a production environment on
nt/iis that was running php3, happily not one change needed for a
moderate site. I hope that I will start having time to pursue isapi
stability issues within the next 3-4 months (if noone beats me to it),
but every time I seem to see light at the end of the tunnel things
change on me.

Borland has released the turbo debugger for free, that was done a couple
months back. I have not used it, so am not sure if it is command line,
dos-gui, or windows gui. You have to look carefully on the download
page for the compiler, there is a single sentence with a link to
download the debugger.
I had started work some time back on making php compile with borland,
and had gotten tsrm, and zend compiling with minimal changes, a couple
defines and ifdefs to take care of compiler-specific items, if I
remember correctly, but it was just a few days prior to a release, so I
never commited.
