I did most of my testing with phorum and phpmyadmin just so that other people could hopefully repeat any problems I had, but I was occasionally getting errors on pages just containing phpinfo(). From my latest debugging adventures described earlier, it seems that the server errors are occurring before php gets anywhere near looking at a script. I assume you are using the exact same release binary as I was - maybe some difference between NT4 and W2K? I'll try to keep working with the debug version and maybe I'll get to the bottom of what's wrong.
