The deal mentioned below is through:
http://www.rackshack.net/
It is not a shared box. Rackshack specializes in dedicated servers and have
the best prices I've found. I've used them for about two months and have no
complaints.

Hmmm. I pay USD$119 a month for a 1 GHz PIII with 512MB RAM and a
40GB hard
drive, and have full admin access to the box. I consider this price
quite
fair. It has a much, much more bandwidth than anything I could do at
home
through DSL or cable.
