Oh come on :-) It's slightly harder, since you have to deal with 2 sets of
source code (PHP and Apache.) Also you may have to deal with MySQL, etc.
I don't have any trouble with it, but it takes my roommate a good half hour
to figure out what to do every time he recompiles Apache w/ PHP. He doesn't
have problems compiling much else, including the Linux kernel.
But I agree, it's still not terribly hard :-)
