That is not a good news. You should follow step-by-step the instructions
in the INSTALL files and submit a bug report at bugs.php.net with
detailed explanations of what went wrong.
Only in that cause you may expect someone to take a look, and fix any
bug that may stop you running PHP as shared module on Apache.
