Actualy, i've got a system thats similar. Except it's on an Zip Disk.. All you do is install everything as you would on Windows 9x, without it set up as a service. Then you just create a batchfile to Launch the MySQL daemon and the Apache server. Edit the httpd.conf file first to what ever drive letter it's given and there you go, a portable web server...
