Originally, PHP was PHP/FI. Personal Home Page / Form Interpreter.
Now it's just PHP. It's kind of silly now to call it Personal anything,
so it was changed in a fit of revisionist history manufacturing to mean
"PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor". This, like many Unix acronyms, is a
recursive acronym thus meaning it fits nicely into the Unix world :)
