No, this is incorrect. PHP stands for 'PHP: Hypertext
Preprocessor'. That's all.
It originally did stand for 'Personal Home Pages', but was changed
upon general consensus quite some time ago. The creator's name, btw,
is Rasmus Lerdorf.
