zend.com slow?

Has anyone else noticed that zend.com is really slow in responding
lately?
Maybe it's just our area ISP, I dunno, but that site in particular is
constantly
taking 10-15 seconds to send any sort of response, then another 10
seconds
or so before the page is returned (returned darn fast, but it just takes
a long time
to get it to send it!)
Has anyone else noticed this?
