True--which means the site makes assumptions about what the user will
be using. Maybe this is expected and explained in the Qube docs? It's
not expained on the website.
I just tried to go find out, but even http://www.cobalt.com is
unnavigable with non-NS/IE browsers--but it doesn't say anything about
what's required to actually use it.
More of an HCI thing than a DHTML thing, I would say.
