I got LOT'S of them.... 1: PHP: make the variables be different from the strings. 2: PHP: Is it possible somehow to check while you type for syntax, eventual parse errors? 3: Brackets, all the types of brackets: I'd like to see them highlighted when you click close to one of them. (Click close to one and all is being highlighted till the next one.) In this way it's really easy to select your functions and just to check your code visually, without counting them,... (Like in CODE WARRIOR for Mac) 4: If the could be a possibility to update your function highlighting when a newer version is out with new functions. Like maybe connecting to your site. I can do it on my own, but an auto-update would be cool.. 5: I (personally) love to use F7 to cut, F8 to copy and F9 to paste... I love to use F keys to do this kind of job since they are located closer to back and return buttons, which you often use contemporary.. Think about it too... 6: Like in Edit Plus on the left there's a frame with functions (HTML) here. You highlight a word, click A in that frame, it becomes this way: <A HREF="|">word</A> ( | is the mouse pointer..) very useful.. All these things are actually saving you dozens of minutes in a single working day... less stress too... Cheers! P.S: send me a notice when you release the soft. -----Original Message----- From: James Crowley [mailto:james@vbweb.co.uk] Sent: Tuesday, October 17, 2000 5:53 AM To: PHP LIST Subject: RE: [PHP] PHP Editor. It has a default color scheme for PHP. And with the toolbars and snippets I can readily and easily create blocks or commonly used bits of code that I work with.
