Great idea....
Use Code Crusader as your base extend it to support php and then port it
to windows..
There is no valid poiont to completely reinventing the wheel...
Just and idea is it possible to build in the php 3 and 4 supprt such
that it restricts the code to the version of php you select.
My 1/4c
i haven't got much time to spend developing but willing to test relases
