it has error_reporting off, i had to turn error_reporting to e_all
& -e_notice, just to see it, and i can't change that with ini_set, but i
used ini_alter, error_reporting() didn't work
ImageCreateFromPng: No PNG support in this PHP build
so, they have GD, but no PNG support....grrrr
