Quite likely. Search engines live on advertising revenue, so they'd probably
either shut you down or sue you if you got much traffic.
In any case where you are pulling content from another site, make sure
they've explicitly granted you permission to do so. Usually getting
permission will also make it easier to write your interface - often you'll
get access to something like an XML feed which is much faster and more
reliable than parsing HTML.
