In my case I wasn't asking about pulling news stories or any other content
owned by the search engine. I would only be pulling the results of a
search and reformating them to be displayed on another site. Is this not
how all the meta search engines work? I don't think the search engine
owns the links it has stored. What about pulling the results from a meta
search engine?
