You'll need to use an online cc transaction company like cybercash. Cybercash uses a bunch of Perl scripts to connect through the web but I think PHP has cybercash support though I've never used it. There are other alternatives to cybercash as well. Cybercash is a little expensive but they've been around for a long time.
