I vote against it. I don't know how much php-gtk1 programs are out
there, but I doubt that there are thousands of them.
The programs need to be changed anyway, so they can change the enums, too.

I even had the idea to not only register them under Gtk:: and Gdk::, but
even make extra classes just for the enums, e.g. GtkState::ACTIVE.
