I can make a release when I get back on Sunday. I don't know where Steph is with her stuff.
According to the NTRVNRP thread, Steph is ready. Here is a short checklist of things that need to be done for the release (as far as I know anyway):
1) Update README*
2) Package PHP-GTK 2 for *nix and Windows
2a) Test packages
3) Upload packages to gtk.php.net
4) Update downloads page
5) Update homepage
6) After pages are updated, announce to the world
We also want to clean up the source a little, see threads passim. Waiting on Andrei to pronounce on the (IMHO) excessive use of construct exceptions...
Am I missing anything? I can take care of 4-5 no problem and can even take care of the *nix side of 2, 2a and 3. I cannot create or test a Windows package and I don't think I have the karma to update the READMEs but I could be wrong there.
Yep, I still need to fix up the notes db for the manual too.

Thanks,
Scott
