notes and all that

OK people, I have worked my boobies off over the last few days and hopefully everything will 'just work' now. Please go in and test it, it's at least 5000 times as secure as php.net so I'm ignoring Andrei over this :) The login page is at http://gtk.php.net/admin-login.php, use your php.net credentials. Docteam regulars should be able to get into the 'test' area without any problem, but nowhere else restricted. If you find you can reach something you shouldn't be able to reach, please let me know(!). Also if you can't reach something you think you should be able to, of course. 'Test' means you get your own temporary database (a copy of the original) to mess around with. It also means that, for the time being at least, the email address you use when testing it will be held as plain text in a cookie on your box for the duration - even if our outgoing mail's switched off at the time. So please log out when you're done playi^H^H^H^H^Hlearning the system! If it all screws up and we lose the db over the next day or two it's ok, I still have a virgin backup of the original notes here. However if the mail's still switched off you probably won't get to add anything to that anyway, there's a queuing system (as you'll see) that waits for the mail to go through to the list. (It's just a cheap way of making sure we have a report before our db falls apart.) Feedback is welcome so long as you don't all shout at once.. - Steph
