As I don't have voting rights, I don't think I am in an empowered position to make
specific suggestions.
If I were going to design the PHP's governance I would design differently, but since I'm
not in a role to do that I can only accept that PHP governance is the way that it is, and point out
things I think might be problematic.
As for specific suggestions? I'll let others who already have a vote specify those.
