To begin again with pointless arguments about how this or that was
done privately, with pressure and whatever else is getting slightly

Excuse me but this is totally wrong. I am not sure where and how you
get this misleading information but really, this is wrong in so many
ways. Please not that I am not interested to know where and how.

Indeed they have to. And twhat this RFC did, just like any other,
announce the different phases on this list.
