This very old PDF manuals can be ordered via www.amazon.com or www.bn.com. But it is not true that the manual is under the GPL so that every publisher can publish the PHP manual. This company graps every manual they can find and publish it, if it have the GPL. Does any from the authors of the PHP manual get paid by iUniverse? The GPL was choosen by accident.
