It is kinda true, and we are trying to change that. We're in the process
of moving to SourceForge, we're growing a small core development
community, the phplib community at large has voiced a lot of support and
offers of help in making things happen. Exciting thing are on the horizon
for phplib.
If y'all have any ideas, suggestions etc.. please send them our way.
This does not preclude a future merge of PHPLib and Pear, this just means
we're going to take our time in getting everything working in terms of
PEAR Coding standards, and php4 compatibility, cleaner integration, etc..
We still would like to see collaboration and code sharing between both
groups. PHPLib is very flexible, and I'd like to see it start using
and supporting PEAR components when possible.
