It´s already there - Christian Dickmann took care of it and wrote TONS
of admin functions. Right now, they´re part of the perm container class,
but we´re planning to move them to a separate admin class that can by
used standalone by frontend developers.

That´s mostly what I had in mind as well, although I would have stripped
the light container down even further, probably by removing groups as
well. I´d also like to strip right levels from the medium container.
Although I´ve been reluctant on this at first, after some discussion I
think that using the same DB structure for all three standard perm
containers that are delivered with the package is a good idea.
