Um, please don't throw out all of the javadoc documentation that's already in
PEAR code. And other code.
What is the reason for this urge to change? Why not just build a better php-
javadoc parser, or improve the documentation that's already there? Javadoc
matches php classes really well.
I'm kind of disturbed by what seems like an eagerness to throw things out
wholesale without a clear reason...
