Hi Tony,
First off, I'd start with support for the TRaX API for XSL processing -
mainly because that's where my interest in doing this began.
Next on my todo list is access for XPath support. After that, I suggest we
see what floats people's boat. Support for XML-RPC, and SOAP, is also on my
list of interests. As are interfaces into XMI and UML repositories - but
those are bigger projects ;-)
One of the reasons I'm interested in establishing an explicit 'Java'
hierarchy is to try and encourage others to make the most of the Java
Extension. It's a great way to quickly and simply add lots of extra
functionality to PHP. I'd hope that some sort of focal point for this work
would help it gather momentum.
Best regards,
Stu
