Something that's cohesive will always be better. Something that's designed
from the ground up to be cohesive will always be better still ;-) At the
moment, I'm going to play devil's advocate and suggest to you that PEAR is
not designed to be cohesive.
There is one pitfall to be really careful of. How do you prevent PEAR from
becoming a clique? Because once the world thinks you are, you'll become
irrelevant to them.
