I know this name is not a favorite on this list, but Manuel has done
exactly that with phpclasses. Maybe you don't like the design, but it
seems to be a good place if you are willing to dig through the piles of
code.
Therefore I would think that we can focus on the high quality testes
tried thought out API code.
