"Get along with a significant portion of the group", does that mean be nice
with Pierre-Alain Joye ? Personally, I don't really care if people are nice
or not as long as what they do is well done. And I don't find Alexey's
attitude unjustified. Most of the time, people reply to an attack by an
attack.
Did you ever go to an administration to return some papers and have the
person behind the counter telling you they were not filled correctly and
that you will have to come back later with an arrogant way ?

Maybe people on the postgresql list don't behave like Pierre-Alain Joye do
at the moment.
