Martin, I think you are missing the key point. The Net::ICQ in CPAN is a full fledged ICQ client. The client that Tobias wrote and is interested in publishing isn't. It's just an interface to the services exposed by ICQ via HTTP (checking the online status and sending pager messages).So we could call it Net_ICQ_Lite - a Net_ICQ would implement the additional features (which are not avaible through http)
