package proposal - File_PDB

hello, I'd like to propose new package: File_PDB. AS the name tells it would end in File category. PDB is format of Palm DB databases stored outside PalmOS (PCs mainly). The class is does lower-level IO (reads/writes the 'database') and the extending classes do higher-level stuff - like those for addressbook (Address internal app) or datebook (DateBook internal app) or PalmDOC (palm text 'file' format). I'm not the lead developer, only pearifying the code. I want to come through the package proposal machinery with this package, but the last word before comitting 1.0 version has the main developer of course which I'm in touch with. The fundamental issues will be redirected to main dveloper (Tyler Atkins). Most of the sources will be available at http://camelot.lf2.cuni.cz/krysot/krysot/php-pdb/.
