CHAP is an application for encryption/hashing, it doesen't fit into a
Crypt_<whatever> framework, so it should stay standalone.
Some functions of the Crypt_CHAP package could be moved as drivers into
this new Crypt_<whatever> package, like NT-Hash and DES-Hash.
