I'm not sure, if it's good makeing here extra packages, because it's too
much work for just 2 functions, because
NT-HASH = md4(str2unicode(plaintext)) and
DES-HASH = des_encrypt_ecb(plaintext,'KGS!@#$%').

for me it isn't a problem having an extra dependency, because I'm already
using my own DES-functions (CHAP_DES.php) and later if the new
Crypt_<whatever> package is stable, I would like to use this package for
DES encryption.
