I don't think that we'll have something like that. Some time ago I added
a note on http://pear.php.net/packages.php, stating
that Horde does
provide its own PEAR site for their packages. If there are other
substantial projects that run a similar site, we will add them as well.
But IMO it does not make any sense to compile a list of "unofficial"
scripts that are available somewhere.
