Right. Just use Sourceforge instead.
FYI, Sourceforge seem to be open to the PHP 3.0 license, although it's currently not listed when you register a project. They let me register XML_HTMLSax there (http://sourceforge.net/projects/htmlsax) - I pointed them at this recent post from Rasmus seeking OSI approval: http://www.mail- archive.com/license-discuss@opensource.org/msg06315.html
