Package Proposal: Payment_DTA

Hi, I want to propose a new package for the "Payment" folder: Payment_DTA I build a class that provides functions to create DTA files used in Germany to exchange informations about money transactions with banks or online banking programs. It supports the electronic debit transaction ("elektonisches Lastschriftverfahren") that is very popular in Germany (in fact, this is the online payment way number one here). At the moment, the class offers the following features: - full support of the DTA file format (new defined 2002) - supports credit and debit file mode - unrestricted number of exchanges in one file (of course, the limits set by the banks must be keeped) - up tp 15 lines of purposes per exchange are possible - supports additional lines for name of payment sender and receiver - creates and saves valid DTA files, tested with several online banking programs (e.g. "Star Money", "Quicken") - names of payment sender and receiver can be checked if they are valid for the DTA file - also function to make them valid The code is fully documented. In the PEAR::Payment folder there are a class that works with dutch payment methods, and I've also seen a class that can be used in France, so I think the fact that the DTA class can only used for german DTA files is no obstacle.
