Its been suggested that we enforce that all packages have a CVS somewhere, before they are released.
whether this CVS is sourceforge, horde, pear or a personal site.. is not important.. - It would make bugfixing alot simpler.. - how can it be 'fixed in CVS' when it's not there...
On a side issue - I just looked through UDDI - see the other message, and I would seriously suggest removing it. - It looks like a handcoded SOAP call, that could be done in < 5 lines of code...
