I guess we're having a big trust problem. I thought I was working in an open source proyect,
not for my local
town hall, where initiatives are applauded instead of questioned in
the smallest details.
If have the time now, I'd like to commit stuff now, because after 48h of emails exchange I
probably don't get the time or even loose the interest.
Please think this twice, we can't handcuff our selves or we are not
going to grow ever.
I would like to add this to the Package Proposal Text: "any PEAR Group
Member may add or remove packages in benefit of the PEAR community".
