I share the concern with Alexy. Essentially are we looking at the PEAR core playing God over packages regardless of what "the community" decides? Seems like a big change from previous practice. - Stan Alexey Borzov wrote:

I liked your explanation up to this point. But now I have a question: is this whole PEAR Group deal just a means for some carefully selected bunch of PEAR developers to make rules for other developers which they do not like and do not intend to follow themselves?
