Well, I have had kinda this, let's see...

Yes, I had several problems with on-the-fly-compression of PHP when making
downloads, so I've to figure that issues out first.

Well, I'd prefer -as proposed- HTTP_Download (as counter part to
HTTP_Upload), but let's wait for other comments.
