Please keep in mind that HTTP_Header could / *should* be used in
combination with that. I've already talked to Wolfram about
implementing some extensions to make life easier into HTTP_Header.
As it seems somebody is now working on those things. So maybe some
work of HTTP_Download could as a first step be included in
HTTP_Header? Wolfram is quite friendly and helpful - trust me :-)
